$WORK is listing on BNB-Chain

Dear community & investors,

We are very close to the listing of our $WORK token on the 5th of December and we’re gaining a lot of traction. First of all we want to thank everybody for their tremendous support and patience over the course of the last 2 years. We believe we are in a great place to launch and are excited to announce our listing partners shortly before the listing. However, in order to secure these (CEX) partners, we had to make a tough decision which is related to our multi-chain approach. As our partner is only able to initially support one blockchain, we had to make a choice.

‍Although we will remain committed to our Ethereum roots, we have strategically decided to list the $WORK token on the BNB chain first. As we want to list the token on Ethereum as soon as possible, we have agreed with our listing partners to initiate this process after 1 week. Please read this article carefully to understand what this means for you, how you can switch chain and what you can expect in case you would like to remain on the Ethereum blockchain.

We have worked out three different solutions to accommodate our investors:

1. You can change the blockchain where you vest & claim your tokens here
2. After listing our token there will be a swap service where you can send your $WORK tokens from Ethereum to the BNB-chain (and vice versa)
3. The ETH integration on the exchanges will be initiated 1 week after the listing.

I want to change my chain, what do I do?
It’s very simple, you fill the following form in which you state on which blockchain you want to vest & claim all your tokens. I would like to stay on Ethereum, but would also like to claim tokens before the ETH integration on the exchanges.
In this case you don’t have to do anything right now, after we have listed you will be able to visit our website and swap your $WORK tokens.

Seed & Private Investors
If you have bought $WORK tokens using USDC/USDT (ERC20) on our own private sale platform, you will be able to claim $WORK tokens on Ethereum unless you decide to fill the form. If you decide to stay on Ethereum, you will be able to claim ERC20 $WORK tokens when they unlock. You can swap them at any time on our website for $WORK tokens on the BNB chain or wait for the ETH integration. To check if you have bought using this platform you can go here and check the ‘Balance’ tab.

Minting the Genesis NFT
The Work X Genesis NFT is an exclusive item, and will be used by enterprises to unlock unique premium features on the Work X platform. Therefore, we want it to become a ‘first-class citizen’ and as such mint it on the Ethereum blockchain.

IMPORTANT: If you are planning to mint a Genesis NFT and stake your $WORK tokens, you have to make sure that you are on Ethereum. If you bought on the BNB chain, you have to fill the form and switch to Ethereum! If you bought on Ethereum and want to mint the NFT, you don’t have to do anything.

Pre-Sale Investors
Have you bought your tokens after Sept 4th on our pre-sale platform? In this case you’re in the same situation as Seed & Private investors. However, as you have a small unlock at TGE that you might want to sell on the CEX it is important that you understand the impact of your decision. If you want to be able to sell your unlocked tokens, make sure you fill the form.

Private B
If you have bought tokens in the limited and final private round (in the last 3 weeks), your tokens will be claimable on a separate dashboard: https://claim.workx.io/

It doesn’t matter if you bought with USDC/USDT/BUSD or on which chain, all $WORK tokens will be claimable on the BNB chain. If you want to change this to Ethereum because you don’t want your tokens to be vested on the BNB chain, please send us a message in private and also fill the form.

Public IDO
If you bought your $WORK tokens on EnjinStarter, ChainGPT Pad, Poolz or Decubate, you will be able to claim $WORK tokens on the BNB chain through their own claiming portals. There is no way to switch to Ethereum if you bought here.

We are confident that this strategic decision will benefit the project launch and therefore also your investment. We knew we were building something great, but we never imagined to get such incredible traction this fast! Our upcoming CEX listing is the result of this, but unfortunately also means that we had to come up with a compromise.
